About CreditRefPro
Why it exists, what it does, and the boundaries it works within.
Why this exists
Plenty of people can afford to repay a loan and cannot prove it. They are paid in ways a lender cannot easily verify, or their income comes from rent, a business, a pension or a mix of things that no single payslip describes.
The result is familiar: credit priced on guesswork, or refused outright, or available only through whoever is willing to lend without asking. CreditRefPro exists to make the evidence available so the decision can be made on facts.
What we do
We connect three parties who each hold part of the picture. A borrower documents their income, assets and obligations. An employer confirms what it is responsible for. A lender reads the result and decides for itself.
The platform organises that into one score with its reasoning attached, carries a loan request to lenders who can compete for it, records what everyone agreed to, and tracks repayment through to the end.
What we do not do
We are not a lender. We provide no funds, take no deposits, hold no customer money, guarantee no repayment and collect no debts. Those are not disclaimers added at the end — they are boundaries built into the system and checked automatically on every change, so they cannot quietly stop being true.
We also do not decide. No offer is issued on a score alone, and no page here will tell you that CreditRefPro approved anything, because CreditRefPro never does.
How we build it
Records that cannot be rewritten
Audit entries and consent records are append-only, enforced by the database rather than by policy. A correction is a new entry beside the original.
The person can see it
A borrower reads their own audit trail and their own consents from their account, without asking anyone. A trail nobody can inspect is a promise rather than a protection.
